Approximately:

• $950/week guaranteed

In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.

Crews earn additional bonuses for:

• Completing assigned routes on time

• Working efficiently as a team

• $50–$400+ per week for crew leaders

Most productive crew leaders can realistically earn:

• $22–$29+ per hour effective pay
