Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500 / week

Approximately:

• $760/week guaranteed

In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.

Crews earn additional bonuses for:

• Completing assigned routes on time
• Productive weekly performance

• Working efficiently as a team

• $50–$250+ per week for crew members
• Higher bonus opportunities for crew leaders

Most productive crew members can realistically earn:

• $18–$22+ per hour effective pay

Crew leaders can earn:

• $22–$26+ per hour effective pay
