greenview is looking for a Mowing Crew Leader in Normal, Illinois. In this full-time, seasonal role, you will manage a small team to complete scheduled mowing services efficiently and safely, ensuring high-quality standards.
You will lead daily operations, support team members, and communicate effectively with clients. The starting pay ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

As a Mowing Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing a small team to complete scheduled mowing services efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards. You’ll lead morning setup, route execution, and end-of-day reporting, while ensuring your crew follows best practices for turf care, equipment use, and property protection.
You’ll train and support team members, adjust to weather or site conditions, and serve as the primary point of contact for field-level decisions and customer interactions. Your leadership helps set the tone for crew performance and client satisfaction.
