Job Description

Enjoy the outdoors while providing detailed service to clients in the form of a precisely-mown property.

Required qualifications

Driver’s License; Leadership Experience; Mowing Experience

Responsibilities

• Safely and properly operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Train, supervise, and motivate 2-5 crew members
• Effectively resolve job site issues as needed
• Be efficient in time management
• Accurately fill out daily paperwork
• Represent our company in a courteous and professional manner

Other Details

• Some Saturday hours required in spring (March, April, May, June)
• Work is outdoors in all weather conditions
• Job Duration: Year-round (mowing Apr-Nov, other tasks Dec-Mar)
• Must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks
