Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Moving Concierge to join our remote team operating from Colombia. The role requires 1+ year of call center sales experience, excellent English communication, and availability to work CST hours across multiple schedules, Monday through Saturday.

What You Will Bring As A Moving Concierge

• One or more years of call center sales experience
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, several schedules to cover service hours from 5 am to 9:30 pm CST - 8 hours shift.
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group

Monthly salary: COP 2,500,000.00

Monthly sales incentive: COP 3,000,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance

You will be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
