Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server – Beer and Wine to guide guests in selecting food and beverages, provide excellent service, and support the kitchen team in a fast-paced movie theatre environment.

The role involves greeting guests, upselling menu items, handling transactions, and ensuring safety and compliance with alcohol policies. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (or 21+ in some states) to serve alcohol.
• Basic food handling training and local health/safety certifications as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, timely approach.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Accurately record orders and process transactions on the register.
• Verify IDs for alcohol service and ensure drinks are served in designated areas.
• Cross-train as needed to support Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher roles.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize high-touch areas; follow PPE guidelines.
