Job summary

Free People is seeking a friendly Stylist at our Wellesley store to help customers with product knowledge and genuine service, driving sales through an energized, welcoming atmosphere.

You will work with a collaborative team, contribute to brand experience, assist with events and omni-channel awareness, maintain visual standards, and support inventory and safety. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand representative reflective of the company values; drives the store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace.
• Initiates conversation and interacts with the customer in every zone in a personalized, genuine way; connects with the customer on shared passions of wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Actively shares details to promote FP Movement events, as well as drive engagement and participation; supports the execution of events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
• Maintains FP Movement's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies.
