Job summary

Free People Salem is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service, and operations in a store focused on fitness, wellness and happiness. You will lead a team, collaborate with leadership, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

You will drive store performance through coaching, scheduling, events, and omni-channel tools like MPOS, POS and FP App, while upholding brand standards and customer connections.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with leadership on engaging visual experiences for FP Movement customers.
• Drives selling initiatives and personalized service, building relationships with customers.
• Supports events and partnerships with fitness and wellness partners.
• Delivers an omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS and FP App.
