Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects FP Movement values to create an engaging visual experience.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.
• Delivers seamless omni-channel experiences through MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Drives customer service and styling recommendations to meet store goals and KPIs.
• Partners with leadership to develop in-store events reflective of local customer interests.
