Job summary

Simple Life Move is expanding with a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to design, test, and scale guided movement programs. You will partner with product and medical experts to structure exercises, progression, and content flow that drive activation, retention, and long-term habit formation.

You’ll own program quality, delivery timelines, and KPI-driven decisions, while leveraging AI tools to generate and scale content. Remote, in-office, and hybrid options support flexible work styles.

Qualifications

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys tied to product metrics.
• Ability to set KPIs and translate engagement data into content decisions.
• Attention to exercise selection, order, duration, and progression.
• Ability to work autonomously and iterate from drafts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LTV product manager on renewal cycles and hypotheses.
• Own quality and delivery of programs, ensuring on-time launches.
• Translate hypotheses into testable workout experiments.
• Build and improve programs using performance insights.
• Coordinate with medical/fitness expert for safety.
• Track performance against CR, retention, and renewal targets.
• Collaborate with Product Content Lead on briefs and priorities.
• Ensure programs feel engaging and natural.
