Job summary

Labela is seeking U.S.-based Movement Disorders Neurologists at every career stage for a remote, high-level clinical consulting role. You will validate, refine, and audit AI-driven clinical reasoning to improve safety and accuracy in movement-disorder care.

The engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026, with flexible, project-based hours designed to fit around clinical schedules. Priority given to candidates in California, but remote across the United States.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology (ABPN), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with AAN standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate movement-disorder case presentations, phenomenology assessment, and DBS candidacy.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for movement-disorder care.
