Boston Children’s Hospital’s Movement Disorders Program in the Department of Neurology and Functional Neurosurgery seeks a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to support our Surgical Therapies for Movement Disorders program. This onsite role will coordinate referrals, scheduling, data collection, and regulatory tasks for children and young adults with dystonia and other movement disorders.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in clinical research or healthcare setting.
• Experience with REDCap or Epic preferred.
• CITI training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for families, referring clinicians, and outside centers, coordinating referrals and multidisciplinary evaluations.
• Coordinate operating room scheduling, DBS programming visits, and post-operative follow-up.
• Maintain a central database of referred and treated patients, and collect surgical outcome and safety data.
• Support recruitment, consent, and biospecimen collection for IRB-approved studies and existing biorepositories.
• Assist with IRB submissions, amendments, and regulatory documentation.
• Work with Marketing and Global Alliances on outreach and referral development, and prepare reports for program review.
