Job summary

Northwest Center is seeking a Move Coordinator to facilitate employee relocations across Seattle-area campuses, including Bellevue and Redmond. You will serve as the primary contact for partners, customers moving locations, and internal teams, delivering proactive support and detailed communication.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with varying shifts 7:30am–6pm, located on-site in Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor email and chat systems, responding promptly to provide customer education, support, and workspace information.
• Offer onsite and virtual support before, during, and after move projects, addressing employee questions and providing guidance about their interoffice move.
• Retain comprehensive knowledge of building amenities and workspace configurations to effectively assist customers and troubleshoot issues.
