TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking a Move Manager in Metairie, LA to lead moving crews, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. You will supervise dispatch, scheduling, and staff development while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising moving or transportation crews.
• Ability to interview, hire, and train staff.
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and dispatch mover/driver teams; coordinate scheduling and truck assignments.
• Lead by example in communication, performance, and work ethic; develop and motivate the team.
• Protect and promote the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand in daily operations.
• Oversee staffing needs; interview, hire, and train new employees as needed.
• Perform dispatch duties, audits, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and inventory; keep trucks clean and safe.
