Charles Schwab Corporation in Westlake, TX is seeking a Move Money Solutions Associate to provide high-quality support to internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls about money movement.

You will be the primary contact for branch partners and clients, helping to review requests, assess risk, resolve issues with wires, deposits, and transfers, and uphold best-in-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in client service or operations in brokerage/financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Engaging communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and use data/systems to solve problems.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in a high-volume environment.

• Promote client loyalty by providing high-quality support via inbound/outbound calls.
