Charles Schwab in Westlake, TX is seeking a Move Money Solutions Associate to provide top-tier service to clients via inbound and outbound calls about money movements. You will be a primary contact for branch partners and clients, guiding them through wires, deposits, and transfers with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years in financial services are preferred.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in client service or operations with brokerage/financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Passion for service and the desire to help people.
• Engaging communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and utilize data and systems to identify solutions.
• Self-driven and capable in a high volume environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory, audit and compliance policies in securities.
• Proficient with Windows, internet research, databases and email.
