Charles Schwab in Westlake, TX is seeking a Client Support Associate to be the first point of contact for clients of independent financial advisors. You will navigate inquiries with clarity, care and confidence in a fast-paced inbound phone center.

Through on-the-job training, you will learn to assist with online account setup, process money movement, and support a variety of service-related needs, delivering accurate, personal solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related relationship-building experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills.
• Strong communication and active listening to resolve client needs.
