Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in a client-facing, service-driven role.
• Must be trained in Move Money, New Accounts or Account Transfers.
• Familiarity with service tools such as Dynamics, ClientWorks, BETA.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver against service targets with a world-class experience focused on active listening and first call resolution.
• Serve as SME; provide advanced guidance to callers and take over calls with advisors when needed.
• Adhere to policy and procedures; stay current with LPL policies.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for advisors.
• Escalate complex concerns following established protocols.
• Manage cases in Dynamics: creation, follow-up, and closure to resolve issues.
