Job summary

Caring Transitions of Hilton Head is seeking compassionate team members to help seniors relocate, resettle, and downsize. You will pack, organize, and set up living spaces, while handling items for donation, sale, or recycling.

We offer paid training, a supportive environment, and opportunities for advancement in a flexible, part-time role serving real families in their time of transition.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to travel to local job sites.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Flexible, part-time schedule.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a caring team to help seniors relocate, resettle, and downsize
• Pack, unpack, organize, and thoughtfully set up new living spaces
• Sort household items for donation, recycling, cleanout, or sale
• Photograph and describe items for online and in-person estate sales
• Research and organize items for resale
• Assist customers during pickup and sale days
• Help bring order, dignity, and calm to homes in transition

What You’ll Do

Important Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, packing, sorting, climbing stairs
• Lifting up to 25 pounds
• Working in homes that may be cluttered or dusty (gloves and supplies provided)
• Moving boxes and supplies within homes and storage areas
