Job summary

LEDIC Management Group is seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician/Groundskeeper for Old Hundred Trace Apartments in Midlothian, VA. The role requires preparing apartments for move-in and maintaining exterior site upkeep.

Ideal candidates are team players with basic trades knowledge (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair) and prior multifamily experience. The position is hourly, with duties including reporting issues and supporting property operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others and take direction from supervisor.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Some plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and appliance repair knowledge preferred.
• Previous multi-family experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an apartment for move-in after the previous resident vacated it.
• Responsible for daily upkeep and exterior maintenance of the property.
• Report unprofessional conditions to the Property Manager and make recommendations.
• Remove trash and items left by previous residents.
• Repair and prepare walls, doors, trim, closets and cabinets for painting.
• Ensure proper operation of appliances and fixtures.
• Inspect and repair windows, blinds, and weather stripping.
• Re-key master locks and manage leasing keys for move-ins.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
