Job summary

Tipton Asset Group in Irving, TX is seeking a Make Ready Specialist to maintain the appearance and readiness of apartment communities for current and prospective residents. This role supports day-to-day maintenance, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies to ensure resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of make-ready or groundskeeping experience, own tools, and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Must maintain professional conduct with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in turnovers/make-readies of vacant units.
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Complete grounds work such as trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Assist with maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative.
