Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Make-Ready Technician who is detail-oriented and ready to help residents feel at home. You’ll prepare apartments for new move-ins across our Nashville portfolio by painting, cleaning, and performing basic repairs.

You’ll assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes, ensure work meets company standards, report larger needs, and support special projects.

Qualifications

Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
HVAC/EPA Certification a plus and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
