Lion Real Estate Group, LLC in Nashville is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents across multiple properties. You’ll perform painting, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure move-in readiness, while meeting deadlines and upholding company standards.

As part of a maintenance team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in painting, repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a $1,000 signing bonus available.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
• Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
