Qualifications

• Must work well in a team and take direction from supervisor.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Some plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and appliance repair knowledge preferred.
• Previous multi-family experience preferred.
• Weekend duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and prepare units for move-in.
• Repair walls, doors, trim, closets, and cabinets for painting.
• Ensure operation of appliances and utilities.
• Report major problems to management before move-in.
• Perform routine upkeep and maintenance of the property exterior.
