Job summary

Envolve is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for move-in at Bluffs on McCain I and II. You will perform cleaning, minor repairs, and ensure appliances and systems operate properly for new residents.

Teamwork is essential, and basic writing/reading skills are required. Some weekend duties may be involved. The role offers competitive pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must work well with others as a team and take direction from supervisor.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Some plumbing/electrical/general maintenance knowledge preferred.
• Previous multi-family experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and items left by the previous resident.
• Repair and prepare walls, doors, trim, closets, and cabinets for painting.
• Repair glass items and ensure appliances operate properly.
• Ensure operation of stove, vent hood, disposal, fridge, washer/dryer, HVAC and other appliances.
• Report major problems to management for repair prior to move-in.
• Ensure window coverings operate properly and doors latch correctly.
• Install weather stripping where required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
