Job summary

Knightvest Residential is seeking a skilled Service Technician in Tempe, AZ to maintain and repair apartment units and community facilities. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure move‑in ready units, safe common areas, and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, make‑ready tasks, painting, plumbing, electrical, and reporting issues. Requires EPA/CPO/CAMT certifications and own tools; on‑call work may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in multi-family property maintenance.
• Hands-on repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
• Ability to communicate with team and residents for service delivery.
• Must own personal tools and be able to work after hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations with scheduling and make-ready tasks.
• Prepare market-ready apartments with cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and general cleaning as needed.
• Organize maintenance shop equipment and keep MSDS manuals up-to-date.
• Inspect property daily for safety and report issues to the Service Manager.
• Coordinate vendors and service requests; execute work orders promptly.
• Deliver exceptional resident experience with a positive, professional attitude.
