Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities running smoothly in Tempe, AZ. You will respond to resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support move-ins/move-outs, reporting to the Service Manager.

You bring 1 year of on-site maintenance experience, ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC/CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of on-site maintenance experience required.
• Experience delivering customer service as part of a team.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests as directed by the Service Manager.
• Document service requests updates and closures in the property management software.
• Repair or replace lights, filters, fans, paint, etc. to maintain property appearance.
• Perform preventative maintenance in-unit and community-wide.
• Assist with landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning.
