Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare rental units for new tenants. You will perform cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and appliance servicing to ensure units are move-in ready and meet company standards.

You will work with property management to meet tight turnaround times, inspect units, document work, and maintain tools and inventory while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors and windows.
• Conduct minor repairs such as patching drywall, painting, replacing fixtures, and fixing appliances.
• Inspect units to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with property managers to schedule make-ready work and report on progress and completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory to ensure readiness for daily tasks.
• Document work performed and communicate any larger repair needs to maintenance supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working on-site.
