Responsibilities include repairs, painting, electrical work, and appliance servicing, with a focus on timely completion and safety. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Unit turns: repairs, cleaning, and move-in preparation.
• Ensure vacancies are ready within timelines and meet quality standards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance service.
• Rekey and secure units; inspect readiness prior to move-in.
• Clean units thoroughly and perform final touch-ups.
