Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Residential Support Specialist (Part-Time) to support market performance by inspecting homes, coordinating readiness, and addressing issues for resident move-ins. You will work in a fast-paced field environment across multiple properties, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellent resident experience.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform light cleaning to maintain standards.
• Replace smoke detector batteries, light bulbs, air filters, and reprogram remotes.
• Prepare homes for move-in by addressing issues and rekeying locks.
• Assist with utility inspections and transfers.
• Document inspections and provide real-time updates from the field.
