Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
• Experience with mobile property inspection software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant homes to ensure properties are tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform light cleaning to maintain company standards.
• Replace batteries, bulbs, filters, and reprogram remotes as needed.
• Prepare homes for move-in by addressing issues and securing entry.
• Assist with utility inspections and transfers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and document inspections in real time.
• Address reports of unauthorized occupants or scams and coordinate next steps.
• Maintain inspection documentation and reporting standards.
