Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Farmington Station in Connecticut seeks a Move-In Coordinator (Sales and Marketing Assistant) to join the team. This full-time, Monday–Friday role supports move-ins, scheduling assessments, tours, and outreach while coordinating paperwork and resident files.

You will work across departments, promote company initiatives, and help market the community through materials and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for residents and families, aiding in scheduling assessments and move-in dates.
  • Coordinate move-in paperwork and maintain resident files.
  • Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and scheduling outreach meetings.
  • Assist in management of CRM software.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
  • Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $27 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
