Job summary

Lifespace Communities’ Newcastle Place in Wisconsin is hiring a Move-in Coordinator to join our Sales team. You will coordinate move-ins, manage deposits through occupancy, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents into their new home.

You will work closely with the sales director, operations, and the resident services team to promote community occupancy and deliver a personalized resident experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales or similar experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, education, or psychology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by director of sales.
• Manage the occupancy process from deposit to move-in, promoting the community.
• Help facilitate the move to their new residence.
• Prepare closing packets and coordinate move-ins and move-in guide.
• Facilitate selections based on Lifespace standard procedures.
• Communicate with future residents regarding move-in notices.
• Coordinate with plant operations and environmental services to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.

A few details about the role:

• Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by director of sales.
• Manage the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move in, continuously promoting the community to that individual.
• Help facilitate in making the move to their new residence as smooth as possible.
• Prepare closing packets and coordinates all aspects pertaining to scheduling move-ins and developing move-in guide.
• Facilitate the selections process, based upon current Lifespace standard selections and operating procedures.
• Communicate with future residents regarding notices for projected move in dates.
• Work with director of plant operations and director of environmental services to ensure completion of apartments as assigned by the director of sales. Keep all appropriate parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments.
• Communicate with the sales team and new resident to assure apartments are ready for move-in.
