You will mentor staff, execute seasonal menus, oversee production, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction in a collaborative, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute seasonal menus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Chef to create seasonal menus.
• Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and production.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation per regulations.
• Monitor quality, plating, and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and minimization of waste.
• Train and mentor junior cooks and line cooks.
