Job summary

The Retreat on Charleston Peak in Kyle Canyon, NV is seeking a busser/server assistant who’s energetic, friendly, and ready to jump in wherever needed. You’ll help clear and reset tables, run food from the kitchen, keep drinks topped, and support the servers to ensure smooth, memorable service.

This on-site role offers training if you’re new to food service; you’ll work with a mountain-view team in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Energetic, friendly, and team oriented.
• Moves with purpose, stays organized, and keeps busy.
• Communicates well with guests and teammates.
• Food service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card and TAM Card.
• Able to stand, lift, and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables for the next guests (bonus points for effortless setup).
• Run food from the kitchen to tables and assist wherever needed.
• Keep drinks filled and condiments stocked.
• Support the servers and the team so everything runs like clockwork.
• Help keep service stations and the kitchen organized.
