Job summary

The Retreat on Charleston Peak, a mountain resort in Mt Charleston, NV, is seeking a dependable House Person to support the housekeeping team and maintain a welcoming guest environment.

The role includes cleaning public areas, delivering linens and supplies, restocking carts, assisting with room setups, and maintaining safety and teamwork. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping team with daily operations.
• Clean and maintain all public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, outdoor spaces).
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and other guest requests promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply closets.
• Move furniture and assist with room setups as needed.
• Remove trash and recyclables throughout the property.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assist the Maintenance team with light labor and special projects when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members.
