Job summary

Schweitzer Spa/Cambium Spa is seeking a friendly spa receptionist to greet guests, manage bookings, and provide hospitality at our mountain spa. You will handle front desk operations, coordinate with therapists, and assist with inventory while delivering memorable guest experiences in a serene setting.

The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and a passion for guest service in a seasonal environment, with flexible hours and on-site work in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in guest service is a plus.
• Comfort with basic computer and smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage spa bookings and confirmations.
• Answer calls and emails with service information.
• Check in/out guests for treatments.
• Process payments and track retail purchases.
• Provide recommendations on spa treatments and products.
• Maintain front desk and lobby appearance.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and management.
• Assist with inventory and light admin tasks.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.
