Qualifications

• Hospitality or outdoor recreation experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions for extended periods
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and walking
• Background check required
• At least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, provide information about amenities and storage procedures, and deliver courteous service
• Equipment Handling: Tag, store, organize, retrieve gear, assist with transport to vehicles or slopeside access
• Operations & Safety: Maintain logs, keep storage areas clean, follow safety guidelines, report issues to management
