Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is hiring certified ski and snowboard instructors for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class service in a safe and fun learning environment. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Requirements include PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA, English fluency, and weekend/holiday availability. Start pay ranges from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, with additional incentives possible.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA equivalent required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.
• Placement contingent on completing training and meeting standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, lunch, and equipment fit.
• Provide guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr (Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives)

• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
