Job summary
Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional guest service in a busy mountain dining setting. You’ll be the guest’s go-to for great food and drinks, anticipating needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Prior serving experience is preferred, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a resort atmosphere with seasonal perks, including employee ski passes and discounts, and opportunities to support multiple departments as needed while
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced dining environments preferred.
- Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay positive during busy shifts.
- Basic computer and POS familiarity requested.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to all guests.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Assist with expediting orders when needed.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist with events and catering as required.
- Perform opening/closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
