Job summary

MOUNTAIN CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC seeks seasonal banquet servers to support weddings, corporate events, and private functions from early September through early October. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

Positions are part-time, on-site at the mountain venue. A season pass is provided for you and your dependents; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or event serving is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces and arrange tables and chairs.
• Greet guests, escort to seats, provide assistance.
• Take and input food/drink orders into POS; serve promptly.
• Provide buffet, plated, or passed hors d'oeuvres service and replenish as needed.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following guidelines.
• Attend to guests’ needs, refill drinks, clear plates, handle special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of event spaces during service and tear down after events.
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth flow of speeches or entertainment.
• Process payments for additional services or items as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Tear down of events: clear linens, move tables, clean and reset area.
