Job summary
East West Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician for the Upper Village in Beaver Creek, CO. This on-site, year-round role offers a pay rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications
- At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain homes and association properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems.
- Perform general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
- Conduct routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose problems independently and keep properties operating smoothly.
