• Licensed Architect with 5+ years post-licensure experience.
• Strong background in custom residential, resort, hospitality or design‑intensive architecture.
• Experience carrying projects from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Develop design solutions responsive to site, client goals, and budget.
• Produce and oversee design development and construction documentation.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interior design, and other consultants.
• Collaborate with contractors to address constructability, detailing, and field conditions.
• Participate in client presentations, design meetings, and project decisions.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation standards, and design quality.
