Job summary

Tamarack Lodge at Heavenly Mountain Dining, operated by Vail Resorts, seeks an Assistant Manager/Chef to lead daily food and beverage operations, maintain high culinary standards, coach staff, and drive a safe, profitable guest experience in a fast-paced mountain setting.

You will oversee kitchen operations, menu execution, staff development, safety, and continuous improvement, while partnering with the General Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years leadership experience in culinary, food and beverage, hospitality, resort operations.
