Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding, managing employee events, coordinating communications, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, strong English, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 15-passenger van.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a Crystal Mountain employee is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Employee pass printing and verifying eligibility for perks.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Manage cleanliness and transportation for Employee Housing.
• Plan and assist in employee events and visa-related activities.
• Coordinate with transportation for events and activities.
• Oversee mail and package flow for employees.
• Ensure policy compliance and daily HR operations.
