Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is hiring for a Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator / Housing Attendant in Enumclaw & Crystal Mountain, WA. The role focuses on onboarding, housing operations, and employee shuttle coordination with primary duties split between HR tasks and housing support.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Experience with visa programs (J1/H-2B) preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience as Crystal Mountain employee is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee pass printing and track eligibility for ski perks.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and staff inquiries.
• Coordinate events with planning and transportation logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Employee Lounge.
• Oversee housing cleanliness and move-ins/move-outs in the manager’s absence.
• Serve as liaison between employees and the HR team.
• Support daily HR operations and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
