Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to write clearly for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating with leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications for the District.
• Develop messaging for sensitive and time-sensitive matters.
• Produce newsletters, website content, social media, and signage updates.
• Prepare Board materials and emergency communications.
• Maintain a consistent District voice across all channels.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team.
