Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience in communications or public relations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, edit, design, produce, and distribute communications for residents, staff, Board, and partners.
• Manage communications between HOA, community lifestyle, residents, and broader community.
• Strategic communications planning and maintaining brand standards.
• Serve as staff liaison to Communications Committee.
• Create content and manage monthly magazine, website, newsletters, and social media.
• Develop communications plans for major initiatives and measure via analytics.
