WE-cycle in Aspen and Carbondale, CO seeks a Manager of Communications & Brand to lead rider-facing messaging, strengthen the system's public image, and align communications with organizational goals. You will supervise content production, collaborate with operations and partners, and guide storytelling across digital and print channels to enhance rider experience and community trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5–7 years in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills demonstrated in professional work.
• Organized with excellent project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand management and rider-facing communications across all channels.
• Ensure messaging is clear, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management, operations, and partners.
• Oversee content production, design coordination, and asset management.
• Support rider education, storytelling, and community engagement.
