Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Communications Manager to lead planning, creation and distribution of all community communications across residents, the internal team, the Board of Directors and community partners.

Responsibilities include strategic communications planning, managing the community brand, and serving as staff liaison to the Communications Committee, with oversight of the monthly magazine, website, newsletters and social media.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in communications, public relations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, edit, design, produce and distribute all resident, internal, and Board communications.
• Coordinate communications between HOA, Lifestyle, residents and the broader community.
• Develop communications plans for major initiatives and programs.
• Maintain brand standards across all channels.
